dermo - roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. is an innovative way to regenerate and rebuild the skin. dermo roller activ is a roller covered with thin, titanium micro-needles with a length of 0.25mm to 2.0mm, which in 5 minutes make nearly 250,000 microneedles on the skin. due to the fact that they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin like a human hair and thus actually stick into the skin. the precision of titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. each roller's head is equipped with 192 titanium needles.
