Important: If you purchased the product from a distributor and wish to return or exchange it, please contact them directly.

2. Order information

The date of receiving the order cannot be earlier than the date of purchase.

We need to identify your order. Please provide the correct sales document number.

Important - If the order was placed directly through our website, log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" section. On the list of documents, use the "Return Item" button, and the RMA form will automatically populate.

You can find the product code or EAN on the product card or invoice.

If you want to submit a request for multiple products from different invoices, please uncheck the "This product is from the same invoice" option and provide the invoice numbers for each product.
Please describe the issue with the product in the "Reason for Return/Exchange" field.
